Job Summary
Reporting to the Town EngineerDuties And Responsibilities
2.1 Key Result Areas Preparation and updating of layout plans. Maintenance and updating of Council land register. Processing applications of subdivisions and consolidations. Facilitation of Surveys. Carrying out development control in terms of the Regional, Town and Country Planning Act (Chapter 29:12). Administering the process of building plans approval. Any other duties as may reasonably be assigned by the Town Engineer.Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications and Experience A Diploma in Rural and Urban Planning or equivalent. At least 1 year relevant experience. Possession of a clean class 4 Driver’s licence is an added advantage. Affiliation to a professional body is an added advantage.To apply
