Job Summary

Gokwe Town Council is Looking For a Procurement Clerk (Grade 4)

Duties And Responsibilities

Procurement Clerk (Grade 4) Reporting to the Procurement Officer 3.1 Key Result Areas  Receiving requisitions from various departments.  Preparation of purchase orders.  Maintaining records of purchases, pricing and other information.  Answering suppliers and customer inquiries.  Any other duties as may reasonably be assigned by the Procurement Officer.

Qualifications And Experience

Qualifications and Experience  A Diploma in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent.  At least 1 year relevant experience.  Affiliation to a professional body is an added advantage.
