We are seeking a motivated and results-driven External Sales and Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence by building strong relationships with clients and prospects. You will engage with potential customers through various outreach methods, including face-to-face meetings, networking events, and presentations, to promote our products and services.
1. Efficient and effective utilization of resources including time and trip scheduling.
2. Building relationships with existing customers and travelling within the Sales territory to meet prospective customers and build relations.
3. Informing customers about our products and their usage.
4. Maintain records of sales leads and developing new business leads.
5. Price negotiations with customers.
6. To conduct market research on current trends in sales and competition.
7. Generating increased percentage of sales from new customers.
8. Zero tolerance of customer complaints, prompt response to complaints, high customer satisfaction.
9. Accountability and upkeep of all branch records and assets.
10. Timeous production and presentation of quality reports
11. Meeting of set sales targets as set out by management.
1. A Degree / HND in Sales and Marketing or related field from a reputable institution.
2. At least three years’ relevant working experience. Experience in an engineering /manufacturing setup is an added advantage.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Be a self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision.
5. Goal-oriented and results driven and must be able to work both independently and within a team environment.
6. Ability to work with and meet strict deadlines, with a keen eye for detail.
7. A Clean Four Drivers’ Licence
