job Description

Action for Youth Foundation Trust is a registered not-for-profit, non-governmental organization that creates a safe and conducive environment for Youths living with HIV, Orphans & Vulnerable Children and Youths in Key Population Communities in Zimbabwe.
The organization seeks to engage a Regional SIE Officer who will be overseeing Monitoring & Evaluation, Research and Technical Services supporting the regional and district teams at voluntary and part time basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement regional SIE Plans
- Conduct SIE needs Assessment and analyze data to inform program decisions.
- Provide training and capacity building support to Program Coordinators & Assistants.
- Monitor and Evaluate SIE activities including data collection and reporting
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Public Health, Monitoring & Evaluation or any relevant program.
- Pursuing a Masters Degree is an added advantage
- At least 2 years of experience in SIE or M&E related field.
- CPD Qualification in Monitoring & Evaluation, Data Analysis will be an added advantage.
