Action for Youth Foundation Trust is a registered not-for-profit, non-governmental organization that seeks to create a safe and conducive violent-free environment for Youths living with HIV, Orphans and Vulnerable Children and Youths in Key & Vulnerable Populations in Zimbabwe.
Action for Youth Foundation Trust is looking a Technical Officer who will be providing support to the counselors who will be providing counseling to survivors of Gender Based Violence, Sexual Violence, Drug & Substance Abuse, Bullying remotely at a voluntary basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities:
- Preparing Counseling manuals that are unique to each mental health challenge.
- Conducting case management conferencing with Technical Officers.
- Providing in-depth analysis of data gathered during counseling sessions.
- Project report writing and submission.
- Finance requests, program execution, and liquidation in accordance with the organization's finance procedures and timelines.
- Reporting within approved timelines.
- Any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Experience
- At least a Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- CPD Certificate in Counseling, Mental Health or equivalent is an added advantage.
