Purpose of position
The People and Culture intern will support the People and Culture team to provide high quality People and culture support and advice in the areas of Recruitment and Selection, Industrial Relations, Performance Management, Payroll Administration and Records Management. And also assist in wide range of administrative tasks.
Major responsibilities
• Assists with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Assists in ensuring that employee files are created for new employees and that relevant documentation exists in each employee file.
• Support People and Culture initiatives such as training and development programs and Staff
Welfare.
• Provide general administrative support to the People and Culture department.
• Helps employees in completing personnel related documents.
• Takes minutes in grievance and disciplinary hearings
• Assist in Audit preparations
• Perform other duties as tasked and deemed necessary for the overall delivery of the unit's activities
Knowledge and skills required
Degree in Human Resources Management/ Social Science Degree.
• Recent graduate, having completed the degree within the past yeur. |
• Strong desire for continuous professional development and learning.
Demonstrated knowledge in Belina Payroll
Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal communication abilities.
At least one year of relevant work-related learning experience
