About the Role
The International Business Connect Network for Economic Development (IBCN4ED) is a member-driven association dedicated to driving Zimbabwe's socio-economic transformation through structured networking and industrialization. We are seeking a highly organized, professional Finance and Administration Officer to provide comprehensive operational support, ensuring the seamless delivery of our programs

Duties and Responsibilities

-Operational Excellence: Oversee daily office operations, maintaining high standards of efficiency and organization at our Harare headquarters.
-Program Support: Provide administrative coordination for our strategic pillars, including Agribusiness & Green Economy (documentation for climate-smart training/solar initiatives), International Trade & Digital Economy (records for export-readiness/ICT projects), and Empowerment & Mining (mentorship program administration/compliance documentation).
-Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for members across all tiers (Startup, SME, Corporate, and Partners), facilitating communication and scheduling for roundtables and events.
-Impact Reporting: Assist in the maintenance of M&E databases to track KPIs, such as SMEs trained, jobs safeguarded, and firms connected to regional buyers.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications & Skills
-Demonstrable experience in office administration, registry management, or operational support within a professional association or development-focused organization.
-Advanced proficiency in record-keeping, administrative reporting, and Microsoft Office Suite.

-Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
-Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
