Great Zimbabwe University invites applications for the position of Lecturer / Senior Lecturer / Associate Professor / Professor in Economics and Finance for the Master of Commerce degree in Financial Economics - Harare Cohort.

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should possess a doctoral degree or a Master’s Degree in Finance or Economics and a relevant first degree with at least a 2.1-degree classification. Candidates with relevant doctoral degrees or those progressing towards one are preferred. Teaching experience at the tertiary or university level is essential, and possession of a Postgraduate Diploma in Higher and Tertiary Education will be an added advantage.
Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to supervise students' Master’s dissertation research and teach a minimum of three modules at the Masters level using online and/or face-to-face methods. The modules include Advanced Environmental Economics, Mineral Economics, Poverty, and Sustainable Development in Africa, Economic Research and Computer Applications, Macroeconomic Principles and Policy, and Advanced Development Economics.
