National Foods Ltd is excited to announce job opportunities for highly talented Channel Leaders to join our Sales Team.
As a Channel Leader, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic brand direction and long-term vision that aligns with the business vision. Your responsibilities include building superior brand equity, creating a strong brand image with customers, designing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans, expanding the customer base, and ensuring a robust presence. The key objectives include achieving top-line growth and delivering channel, customer, category, and brand sales targets in both volume and value through effective trade channel establishment and relationship management.
-Achieve store-specific customer, category, promotional, and brand commercial targets.
-Meet in-store health metrics targets (Forward Share, OSA/SIT, Go-do brief execution).
-Accomplish executional requirements related to innovation, brand activities, and customer promotions.
-Ensure compliance with channel customer callage disciplines and requirements.
-Achieve customer relationship management and returns collection scorecard targets.
-Demonstrate continuous personal and professional development skills training.
-At least 3 years of experience in sales, brand management, or product development.
-A bachelor’s degree with at least an upper 2nd class.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Strong negotiation and teamwork abilities.
-Accuracy in statements and sound data gathering and analytical skills.
