Human Resources Administrator

 

Duties and Responsibilities

* Handles all HR admin issues

* Recruitment and selection

* Maintain employee records (e.g. vacation and sick leaves)

* Prepare monthly payroll and payroll returns

* Update internal databases with new hires’ data (e.g. contact details and bank accounts)

* Distribute physical and digital training material

* Address employees’ queries and handles disciplinary cases

Qualifications and Work Experience

* Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management

* At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position

* Driver`s license (a must)

Payroll Administrator

 

Duties and Responsibilities

* Payroll processing and administration for all employees.

* Ensure that the payroll is done accurately to avoid any miscalculation of salaries or benefits.

* Capturing and processing payroll and associated employee benefits on payroll software to ensure the correct deductions on employee packages are made.

* Depositing salaries with relevant banks to ensure that employees get their salaries timeously.

* Attending to all queries to increase satisfaction to clients by resolving all queries and improving service delivery in the provision of salaries and benefits.

* Assisting with the completion and return of recruitment, induction, probation and staff termination documentation to ensure efficiency in human resource matters

* Registering all employees with NSSA to adhere to NSSA regulations and compliance procedures.

* Timely submission of all statutory report to relevant statutory bodies

* Ensure prompt preparation of payments schedules monthly in line with accounting procedures to conform to set legislation.

 

 

Qualifications and Work Experience

* HR-related degree or diploma in Payroll Administration/Accounts or statistics

* Professional qualification in Payroll administration

* Trained to use any payroll software especially Belina

* Conversant with Microsoft packages especially excel

* 3+ years’ experience in a similar position, with hands on; on payroll and HR work

* Driver`s license
