We are looking for an energetic Service Delivery Specialist to join our team at our Harare North office.
Requirements:
Degree/HND in Telecommunications, CCNA,CCNP, FOA & any ITIL Certification.
In depth technical knowledge, skills & information on telecommunication networks & systems. Effective use of provided OSS & BSS tools/systems.
Fibre skill set: Installations, troubleshooting, and maintaining all fibre optic systems.
Radio Access Network Skills Set: To plan, implement and support Vsat installations. To provide support on the LTE network, small cell, Vsat projects and be able to understand protocols of VoLTE and ViLTE, Tcp/IP, 802.11, Wimax, Ka, Ku band Vsat etc
3 years minimum On Job working experience in the same or similar technical roles.
