Our client with national construction operations in Zimbabwe, chiefly with commercial buildings, is looking for an experienced and commercially minded candidate to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Project management, controls and administration
- Tendering
- Valuations and Measurements
- BOQs
- Financial Acumen (Costings, budgeting, Cashflow, etc.)
- Subcontractor management
- Estimations
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar qualification
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience at a Senior QS with commercial responsibilities
- Willing to travel around the country
