Description :
The role exists to critically analyse, evaluate and report on business progress and performances. The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing information or data that informs and assists business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts research on business environments and produces a SWOT analysis report.
Identifies and evaluates data related to business performance and submits a report to the Market Research Manager.
Compiles and updates daily business performance reports.
Analyses and makes recommendations on business performance Vs set goals weekly.
Analyses business processes and makes recommendations to align with business plan.
Produces process review reports and maintains business processes documentation.
Co-ordinates projects and liaises with internal and external stakeholders in line with project plan.
Produces project status reports and submits to the Market Research Manager.
Qualification, Skills and Experience
A degree in Statistics, Finance or equivalent.
At least 1 – 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
Must have strong mathematical abilities.
A relevant vocational or professional qualification will be an added advantage
Excellent communication skills,
Innovative & adaptable.
Honesty & integrity is a must.
Good interpersonal skills are important.
