Introduction
A Local Non-Governmental Organisation is seeking the services of Data Clerks.
Position summary
Reporting to the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, the data clerks will be responsible for data capturing and maintenance of the organisational database, activity tracking and general monitoring and evaluation support. The position is based in Norton.
Job description
Accurately enters data in real time in the database and updates existing beneficiary information; systematic filing of source documents and ensuring security of data; updates the database to meet the requirements of certain program shifts; draws reports from the database when requested and daily analyses data for errors and report problems.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Diploma in Statistics, Monitoring and Evaluation or any related field; Computer and numeracy skills a must; At least 1 year experience.
The successful candidate should be able to start immediately.
