A reputable micro-finance organisation is seeking a Finance and Administration Manager to implement the organisation's vision, mission, long term goals and drive the company to the most profitable direction without diverging from its strategic intent or mission. Incumbent should be able to produce annual budgets, short and medium term forecast in line with the overall business plan and prepare reliable, current and forecasting reports. Candidate must be able to oversee the planning, development and direct implementation of policies and management of the execution of all support divisions (direct reports) and create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including auditors, regulators. tax authorities, key suppliers, vendors to ensure that the company undertakes its responsibilities and maintains cordial ethical and professional relationships with stakeholders.




Qualifications




Accounting Degree and professional qualification e.g. CA, CIMA, ACCA




Diploma/ Certificate or training in microfinance management from a recognised institution or professional body or evidence of working towards acquiring such certification or training.




A minimum of 5 years experience at Management level within the Financial services sector.
