The Legal Resources Foundation is seeking the services of a consultant to conduct an Employee Engagement Survey as follows: Develop tools for the Employee Engagement Survey; Carry out the survey; Produce a draft report on the findings and recommendations of the exercise; Present findings and recommendations to the Board and Employees.

An in-depth understanding of Human Resources Management; Demonstrable experience in carrying out Employee Engagement Surveys.
