Qualifications And Experience Contract Duration: 12 months Qualifications, Skills and Experience Essential University degree/diploma in Construction Engineering or equivalent Recommended 3 years' experience in construction industry or any equivalent experience A good understanding of at least 2 sectoral programs Significant knowledge of institutions and donors, and of procedures, accountability frameworks Ability to analyze information, evaluate options and to think and plan strategically Commitment to and understanding of Save the Children's aims, values and principles including rights-based approaches Desirable Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and commitment to capacity building of staff, with proven skills as a trainer/facilitator and mentor Ability to be self-sufficient and resourceful. Computer skills e.g. Word, Power Point and Excel. Ability to forge excellent relationships with children and adults Ability to work as part of field team and successfully join up work with partner staffs
