Qualifications and Experience
Aspiring candidates must possess an LLB with at least an Upper Second-Class pass from a recognized university in a Roman-Dutch Law jurisdiction. Candidates should have studied at least two of the following modules during their undergraduate program or be willing to pursue further studies in at least one of the areas mentioned below: Intellectual Property, Law of Banking, Law and Economic Development, Insurance Law, International Trade Law, Media and Communications Law, Jurisprudence, Heritage Resources Law, Tax Law, and Commercial Law. Successful candidates will be required to undertake further studies at the Masters level within a year of assuming duty.
