Reservationist (Out of Harare position)
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservationist to join our team. As a Reservationist, you will be responsible for managing reservations, answering customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage reservations and bookings efficiently and accurately
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of availability and rates
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Qualifications and Experience

- Higher National Diploma (HND) in Tourism and Hospitality Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Proficiency in reservation software and systems (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
