The incumbent is responsible for handling all administrative support to all personnel and Public Relations tasks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties, among others:
Welcoming and checking in visitors to create a friendly and professional first impression of the company.
Responding to incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel, taking messages, or providing information as needed.
Addressing inquiries from clients, customers, and staff in person, over the phone, or via email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Managing and coordinating appointments for staff to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
Maintaining accurate records of visitors, phone calls, and other relevant information while ensuring confidentiality.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring proper distribution.
Providing support for various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Arranging meeting logistics, including room bookings, equipment setup, and catering as necessary.
Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable at all times to reflect a professional image.
Communicating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and support company activities.
Collecting and relaying feedback from clients to management to enhance services and customer satisfaction.
Monitoring visitor access and maintaining security protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.

At least a Diploma in Secretarial Studies/Business Administration/Office Management Studies
At least 5 ‘O’ levels, including English
At least one year of working experience in a related field.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent working knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing concepts.
