City of Bulawayo is loooking for a RECEPTIONIST GRADE 5 – (1 POST)

Duties and Responsibilities

-Receives and directs internal and external clients, stakeholders to the appropriate offices.
-Takes messages or directs calls to appropriate personnel.
-Takes minutes and transcribes them at interdepartmental meetings, disciplinary hearings/board of enquiries proceedings.
-Attends to telephone enquiries and directs them to appropriate offices.
-Makes bookings for meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

-5 “O” Levels, including English Language and Maths/Accounts.
-A certificate in Secretarial Studies or equivalent.

Experience:
-At least 1 year of experience in a similar environment.
