Greeting and hosting clients/ visitors
Hospitality experience for clients at front
Managing telecommunications systems
Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
Transferring calls as necessary
Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
Managing meeting room availability
Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching occasional mail
Handling and generating quotations and site visits for clients
Maintaining safety, hygiene neat standards of the reception area
High School
Prior experience with Microsoft Office and typing
Prior Sales and or hospitality experience an added benefit.
