TOWN CLERK’S DEPARTMENT

The following Vacancies have arisen within the City of Bulawayo:
PROCUREMENT CLERK – GRADE 5

Duties and Responsibilities

-Processes records of contracts documents.
-Receives and distributes procurement related correspondence.
-Opens tender boxes.
-Compiles procurement canvases.
-Distributes orders to prospective suppliers.
-Captures issued purchase orders.

Qualifications and Experience

-A certificate in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent.
-5 ‘O’ Levels Subjects including English Language and Maths/Accounts.

Experience
-At least 1 year’ experience in a similar environment.
