Hotel Human Resources and Administration Manager (1 post)
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful applicant will among other duties be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the administrative functions of CUT Hotels. The applicant will also be overseeing the hotel human resources functions including staff recruitment, payroll administration, performance management and serving as a link between the hotel management and its employees.
Applicants must have at least five (5) Ordinary Level passes including English Language and Mathematics and a Higher National Diploma with a Degree in Human Resources being an added advantage. At least three (3) years working experience in a hotel human resources set up or similar environment is also required. Knowledge of Belina System is a pre-requisite and working towards a professional qualification will be an added advantage.
