Job Responsibilities:
- Handle client enquiries and schedule appointments
- Assist in daily administrative tasks
- Prepare and maintain real estate forms and documents
- Assist clients with filling and signing documents
- Update and maintain real estate administration records
- Enforce terms of agreements and follow up with clients
- Manage client database and make follow-ups
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and diplomacy
- Teamwork, innovation, hard work, and agility
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software

- Degree in Real Estate and Property Management
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate or property development
