The Front Desk Receptionist is the face of the company and is responsible for greeting visitors, handling calls and providing general administrative support. This position requires candidates to have good communication skills and customer service awareness to ensure the efficient operation of the company's front desk.
Visitor Reception:
Welcome and receive visiting customers, suppliers and other visitors.
Register visitor information and guide visitors to the relevant department or meeting room.
Call Management:
Answer and transfer calls, record messages and convey them to relevant personnel in a timely manner.
Handle general telephone inquiries and provide basic company information.
Administrative Support:
Assist in managing the booking and arrangement of meeting rooms.
Maintain a clean and professional image in the front desk area.
Job Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience: At least 1 year of front desk reception or customer service experience, administrative assistant experience preferred.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Language skills: Fluent in English, with good written and oral communication skills.
