2.4.4 COOKS (3 POSTS)

Duties and Responsibilities

 Preparing meals to be served to staff and students;
 Cleaning utensils in the Canteen;
 Serving meals to students and staff in the Canteen;
 Keeping records of provisions and meals served in the Canteen and any other duties as assigned by
the Canteen Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must have a certificate in Culinary Studies or Catering field plus five (5) ordinary level passes including English Language. Candidates are expected to have two (2) years post qualification experience in the Catering industry.
