Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the following post:
WEB DEVELOPER (1 Post)
Reporting to: Webmaster

Duties and Responsibilities

-Develop, test, and deploy responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications.
-Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring compatibility across browsers and devices.
-Troubleshoot and debug website issues, optimizing performance and security.
-Implement SEO best practices in collaboration with the Webmaster.
-Work closely with the Webmaster to execute web projects and meet organizational goals.
-Assist in managing CMS (WordPress), plugins, and third-party integrations.
-Work with designers, content creators, and IT teams to ensure seamless functionality.
-Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
-Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP).
-Ensure compliance with web standards, accessibility (WCAG), and security protocols.
-Solid knowledge and experience in programming applications.

Qualifications and Experience

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field from a recognised University.
-A year of experience as a web developer.
-Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, WordPress, Linux and MySQL.
