Duties and Responsibilities

Inventory Management- overseeing inventory control, tracking, and reporting
Team Management- Supervising warehouse staff, providing guidance, training and support
Operations Management- Coordinating receiving, storing, picking, and shipping operations.
Safety and Compliance- Ensuring a safe working environment, adhering to regulations, and implementing safety protocols.
Process Improvement- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications and Experience

Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
• Two years of experience in the field
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
• Must have hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Ability to efficiently coordinate working with internal and external workers of the company.
• Should have the ability to work in a team.
• Should be physically fit and be able to complete all assigned work efficiently
