Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the Chairperson and act as deputy in their absence.
• Focus on governance, compliance, and organizational policies.
• Assist in strategic decision-making and implementation oversight.

Qualifications and Experience

• Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Governance, Management, Social Sciences or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in governance, policy development, or organizational leadership.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
