Our client, with mining operations in Zimbabwe, is looking for a TSF specialist who will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to elevate TSF management at relevant sites to required safety standards. He/she will be responsible for transforming TSF operations into a sustainable and cost-effective part of the business.

Qualifications and Experience
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering / environmental science or related fields. Minimum of 10 years' TSF management with demonstrated success in leading and implementing complex projects. Strong leadership, communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of TSF operations, environmental regulations and sustainability principles is essential.
