job Description

Urgently looking for a Transport Controller for a Roadside Assistance Company with headquarters in Harare. The position is based in Harare.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Controller will be responsible for answering client calls and responding, allocating tows and tracking the company fleet.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Must have 2 years experience in switchboard operation or as a call centre agent or customer care agent.
2. Must have at least 5 O levels
