Activités

HSE

To report near misses or anomalies and use of STOP Card once every 2 months.
To produce & present safety (morning) /sustainability (afternoon) moments at the start of a meeting / employee gathering / sales meeting / review meeting / training session / etc. at least once every 2 months.
To participate on World Day for Safety, Transporter, and driver day.
To participate in safety tours in a depot (including a safe-to-load check at least 1 tour per year)
To participate in Joint Safety Tours with contractors and transporters and report in Ramses once a year
To participate in toolbox meetings for drivers once a month and transporters at least twice a year
To conduct inspections in the framework of local management system, such as safe-to-load checks and retail station.
To do all mandatory internal HSE trainings
Participate in the ICT audit action plan closure

Participate in truck vetting and acceptance

Main Activity 1

Cross check and verify transporter invoices for payment within 7 days of receipt of the invoices.
Maintain an updated transporter payments schedule which includes monthly volume delivered, transport cost, date invoiced received, date payment done and expected payment.
Ensure the lead time of 14 days for the transport payments is adhered to and share the analysis as part of the monthly KPIs.

Main Activity 2

Administration of transport contracts, preparing addenda and ensuring they are well filed.
Ensure all transporters and service providers related to transport have valid due diligences
Monthly compilation and analysis of secondary transport costs (global and per transporter) and volumes for monthly financial reporting to head office.
Producing quarterly, bi-annual, and annual transport performance analysis.
Assisting in the coordination of transport process from loading (primary and secondary), dispatch and deliveries (Network and GT).
Participate in the setting of transport objectives.

Main Activity 3

Ensure TOP is adhered to for month end closures.
Update shipment distances in SAP for payment processing.
Analysis of the usage of TOP on the monthly basis and closing any action items.
Maintain a clean GRIR account monthly
