Duties and Responsibilities
Wraprite Pvt Ltd is seeking a Trainee Sales Representative on-site at our office located in Graniteside, Harare. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities by engaging with potential and existing clients. You will maintain and update customer database to ensure effective customer relationship management and cater to their needs. You will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and will participate in team meetings and brainstorming activities.
Qualifications and Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred -Demonstrable experience in outbound or inbound sales, negotiation, and customer service -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills -Good organizational and time-management skills -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment -Experience in lead generation and conversion is a plus -Knowledge of Quickbooks software and is a plus -Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills -Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be proactive in responding to client requests and needs -Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior -The trainee must have a driver’s license and should have been driving for the past year -The Trainee should have a clean driver’s license. -The Trainee should have experience driving a manual car. -Please indicate if you can drive a manual car to be considered
