About the Role We are currently recruiting a Trainee Consultant who will be trained and mentored in all aspects of our consultancy work. This is an entry-to-mid-level role depending on your background and is perfect for someone looking to grow their career in consulting, non-profit support, marketing, or funding strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will gain experience in: -Grant and bid writing (UK/Global funders) -Marketing strategy and content development -Project and client management -Digital tools, communications, and reporting -Charity systems and compliance structures
Work Style & Flexibility This is a remote-first role, meaning the majority of your work will be done online. However, applicants should be based in Harare or surrounding areas and be open to coming into our Harare office for occasional team sessions, training or client-based meetings.
This flexibility makes the role ideal for self-managed individuals or recent graduates who are committed to impact-driven work. Salary Range 💰 $300 – $700/month depending on: - Existing experience - Learning ability and adaptability - Performance and contribution - Willingness to grow with the consultancy
Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Requirements 🎓 A degree in a relevant area such as: - Business Management - Development Studies - Human Resources - Communications & Marketing - Customer Service - International Relations - Public Administration, etc.
-Standard passes at A-Level or equivalent -Strong IT and digital skills, including: - Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Canva, Trello, Google Docs/Sheets - Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and CRMs -Excellent command of written English
