Successful candidates should be capable of teaching the following: - Principles of Town Planning, Research Skills, Construction Contract Administration, Construction Project Finance, Digital Construction and Globalisation and Project planning and resource management.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must have at least a degree in Urban planning and development plus a Master’s Degree or MPhil in Construction Economics, Real Estates or Construction Project Management. A PhD in Construction Economics and/ or registration with a professional body will be an added advantage.
