TILL OPERATOR - BU INNOVATION

Description
The Till Operator serves customers at the point of sale, processes transactions accurately, and helps maintain a welcoming, orderly checkout area.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Operate point of sale in Bindura University of Science Education Supermarket
-Process over the counter transactions
-Collect payments from customers
-Maintain a daily cash register
-Produce a daily sales report
-Safe custody of cash resources
-Daily banking of cash
-Assist the Supervisor in processing orders

Qualifications and Experience

-The candidates must have a minimum of five (5) “O” Level subjects including English Language and Mathematics or Accounts
-Basic knowledge of using a computer
-A Till Operating Certificate is an added advantage
