TENDER FOR THE MID TERM EVALUATION STUDY FOR MATIBE AREA PROGRAMME
World Vision International Zimbabwe is implementing Matibe Area Programme is inviting tenders
from reputable individuals /organizations to submit bids for the study of midterm evaluation study.
The study seeks to assess the progress made towards achieving the Program goal and outcomes
based on the first 5-year program design document and make recommendations for the second
redesign phase.

Qualifications and Experience

World Vision Zimbabwe is looking for a consultant/research institute with members with the
following qualities:
I. Holder of an Advanced University Degree in Social Sciences, Agriculture, Child protection,
Public and Environmental Health or similar field.
II. Familiarity with project evaluations and practical experience and expertise in identifying
case studies, evidenced by previous research projects/ consultancies;
III. Strong qualitative & quantitative research portfolio evidenced by previous projects;
IV. Practical knowledge & expertise in participatory research with children and vulnerable
community groups (as well as standards and principles in the development cooperation sector);
V. Evidence showing how they intend to engage with & amplify voice of children and
vulnerable groups in the assignment;
Capacity to deliver within an agreed timeframe.
