Qualifications and Experience
-Applicants should be holders of a National Diploma in Applied Biological Technology and have 3 years post-qualification experience or be a holder of a Degree in Applied Biology and Biochemistry, -Biotechnology or Biological Sciences and have at one year industrial work experience. -For the Senior Technician Post, candidates should have 3 years industrial work experience and supervisory experience. The candidate will be expected to supervise laboratory and workshop activities, prepare equipment or chemicals for practicals and research work, supervise and train Technical Assistants, calibrate and standardize equipment or apparatus, manage inventory of consumables and advising on re-order levels and procuring chemicals and equipment for the department
