Petrotrade (Private) Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for four Team Leader positions within the organization.
Reporting to: Regional Representative
Main Purpose of the Job: -The primary purpose of these roles is to manage the selling of fuel and other petroleum products at the service station, ensuring the smooth operation of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for: -Supervising and motivating site staff. -Increasing the market base. -Controlling and accounting for stocks. -Engaging with customers. -Liaising with local authorities and other relevant stakeholders. -Enforcing compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) requirements. -Accounting for revenue collected.
Qualifications and Experience
-A minimum of 5 O’ level passes, including English Language and Mathematics. -A Diploma in Marketing or equivalent is an added advantage. -Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision is an added advantage. -Good customer care skills. -At least 2 years of relevant experience.
