This position will provide leadership and direction to the VEMCAZ team for effective operations and administration of customer solutions and all operational & administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
As a leader of VEMCAZ Pvt Ltd, you will:
Provide leadership and direction to the team and you will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of effective and efficient customer services to all VEMCAZ clients for vehicles, accommodation and shipping container business and coming up with improvement initiatives in consultation with the Managing Director.
Promote good governance and stewardship of all VEMCAZ assets in a manner that ensures minimum expenses are incurred by the business to realise value to the company.
Build strong relationships with key VEMCAZ customers to maintain the current customer base while at the same time looking for new business.
Ensure that customer after service follow-ups are completed regularly to maintain long term customer loyalty & relationships.
Contribute to future growth of the VEMCAZ Pvt Ltd business by introducing sound marketing practices by utilizing both electronic and face to face methods.
Support the development of team capability to drive a high performance, continuous
• Tertiary qualification with more than 2 Years experience in managing a team
• Current drivers licence preferable.
• Experince with computers will be an advantage
• Patient, flexible and understanding.
• Supportive and caring for customers.
• Commitment to the rights of the customers.
• Accountable & able to accept responsibility.
• Good communication & listening skills (written & verbal).
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Able to cope with the physical demands of the job.
