WE ARE HIRING!!!
A Resort in Mutoko is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the role of
Team Leader: Operations. The best candidate should be a well-seasoned Hotelier.

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service across all departments.
Supervise the preparation of food and beverages to maintain high standards of quality.
Oversee the Housekeeping, Laundry, Security, Gardening, and Accounts departments.
Manage inventory and all stocks at the resort

Qualifications and Experience

At least 3 years in a similar role.
At least a Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
