Bindura University of Science Education is hiring a Teaching Assistant: Intelligence and Security Studies – Police and Security Studies (1 Post)
Duties and Responsibilities
-Holding tutorials in the following courses: Criminology, Human Rights and Policing, Administrative Law, Law of evidence, Constitutional Law, Public Policy, Criminal Procedure, Fraud Management, Contemporary issues in policing, Security Studies, Interpretation of Statutes; -Marking and conducting assignments in time as per set deadlines; -Schedule and maintain regular office hours to meet with students; -Any other duties as deemed necessary by the Chairperson of the Department.
NB: Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must have a first degree in Police and Security Studies, Law, Criminology or equivalent in the relevant discipline passed with at least an Upper Second (2.1) degree class from a recognized University and must be committed to pursuing further studies.
