Education

Duties and Responsibilities

-Tutoring undergraduate courses including Financial Reporting, Advanced Financial Accounting, Auditing, Taxation and Management & Cost Accounting and any other modules as assigned by the Department board
-Actively participate in community outreach activities
-Participate in University income generation projects
-Contribute significantly to the research, innovation and industrialization activities
-Perform academic and administrative duties as assigned by the Department Board

Qualifications and Experience

-Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree in Accounting/ BCom Honours degree in Accounting and Finance/ BSc Honours in Accounting or equivalent obtained from a reputable institution
-Degree classification of upper second class (2.1) or better
-At least five Ordinary Level subjects including English Language and Mathematics
-Applicants must be 30 years of age or below
-Must enrol for Master’s Degree within the first year of employment
