Qualifications and Experience

-Applicants should have an Honours Degree in Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics.
-Candidates should be able to assist with the teaching of Engineering Mathematics modules that include Calculus, Advanced Calculus, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, Vector Calculus, Complex Analysis, Statistics, Partial Differential Equations, Numerical Analysis and Methods.
-The role involves assisting in teaching mathematics and mathematical courses in line with modern trends in the subject areas, helping in designing teaching and learning plans to effectively impart mathematical knowledge to students, performing student assessment duties i.e. marking, testing and examining for the courses taught.
-The successful candidates will also be expected to maintain good records of student performance and identify remedial work and support for students with challenges.
