Qualifications
Tertiary qualification, e.g. Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration Degree or relevant field is advantageous
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role
Proven work experience as Recruitment Specialist or Recruitment Consultant
Hands on experience with social media and other professional networks, Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
Experience with interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
Requirements
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Manage and assist in the end-to-end talent acquisition process to ensure that the best talent gets the job, including drafting of job ads, candidate research, screening, arranging interviews and arranging floor evaluations.
Drafting of accurate and specific job ads to ensure the right candidates apply, candidate research, sourcing candidates, screening candidates, arranging interviews and arranging floor evaluations.
Ensure Line Managers are well-prepared for interviews and equipped with relevant questions to effectively assess candidate suitability.
Manage and ensure that accurate skills tests, and psychometric assessments are facilitated to ensure that only qualified candidates are selected
Manage all candidate communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Manage job postings on social media using niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
Complete market research to ensure that Faircape is industry aligned
Ensure quality responses from ads
Help build a talent pipeline to create applicant pools and talent pipelines
Monitor and interpret Acquisition Data to identify trends and suggest and implement actions where required
Work closely with Managers to assess talent requirements
Build the company’s professional network through relationships with recruitment agencies, university placement staff and other partners
Normal working hours are Mondays to Fridays from 08h00 until 17h00 with a 45 minute lunch break. The company allows employees, by approval of the direct manager, to work flexi time between 07h00 and 18h00.
We offer Barista produced coffee available all day to all our staff at Claremont.
With centrally located and modern offices just across from Cavendish in Claremont, Faircape offers a market-related salary from R 30 000.00 Cost to Company per month salaries are dependent on experience, qualifications, skills and attributes.
