Position: Supply Chain & Logistics Software Engineer

Earlstree Investments (Pvt) Ltd is inviting suitably qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the position of Supply Chain & Logistics Software Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining software systems that support supply chain operations and logistics management, particularly for international freight forwarding and transport coordination.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Developing and maintaining supply chain and logistics software systems
- Implementing transport management systems (TMS) and logistics platforms
- Integrating freight forwarding systems with operational workflows
- Designing cargo tracking and shipment monitoring applications
- Managing database systems for logistics and supply chain operations
- Supporting automation of documentation and reporting processes
- Integrating ERP systems with logistics operations
- Troubleshooting system issues and providing technical support
- Coordinating software upgrades and system enhancements
- Providing technical training to operational staff
- Ensuring system security and data integrity

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in software development within logistics or supply chain environments
- Experience with transport management systems and logistics software
- Strong knowledge of database management and system integration
- Experience with cargo tracking or logistics analytics systems
- Knowledge of ERP integration is an added advantage
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
