POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Supply Chain Clerk supports daily supply chain operations, including inventory management, stock distribution, data entry, and procurement coordination. The role ensures the timely and accurate handling of supplies and materials to support smooth departmental operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Monitor inventory levels and create purchase requests to replenish stock.
-Receive, stock, and issue materials in line with organisational policies.
-Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.
-Track stock usage and report expired or low-stock items.
-Enter data related to stock movement and generate basic reports.
-Coordinate with internal departments and vendors on supply needs.
-Keep storage areas clean, organised, and secure.
-Assist with physical inventory counts and general clerical duties.

Qualifications and Experience

-A Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement preferred.
-1–2 years of experience in inventory, logistics, or warehouse operations.
-Proficient in basic computer applications; experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
-Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
-Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team environment.
