Post A: Supervisor, Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance
Duties and Responsibilities
-Supervising landscaping and grounds maintenance personnel at designated areas on daily basis -Designing and maintaining landscape features -Ensuring compliance to set standards and safe use of tools, equipment and machinery -Ensuring effective use of chemicals for pest and disease control, and correct application of fertilizers on lawns and flowers -Maintaining records of tools, equipment and chemicals (assets register) -Ensuring that the lawns and rough grasses are kept to the required height, shrubs and ground covers are trimmed and weed free -Ensuring fire guards are constructed on time -Contributing to the success of the Central Services and Amenities Department by performing all other essential duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience
Person Specification: -Excellent organizational and time management skills -Good analytical and problem-solving skills -The ability to multitask -Exceptional customer service skills -Effective verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications and Experience: -National Diploma in Horticulture from an accredited Institution -5 Ordinary level passes including English Language -A minimum of 3 years’ relevant professional supervisory working experience
