-Strategy and Business Performance Intelligence Analyst (Grade C5)
-The Incumbent will be responsible to the Head Strategy and Business Performance.
-Responsible for researching, analyzing, interpreting and presenting data related to strategy, operations, economics, customers and other information
-Major Activities of the Job
-Develops and maintains a repository for business strategic metrics.
-Performs forecasting, evaluating operational metrics, analysing data and creating models and presentations.
-Identifies and tracks key metrics and dashboards
-Analyzes past results and performs variance analysis
-Identifies trends and makes recommendations for improvements.
-Provides analysis of trends and forecasts and recommends action for optimization
-Develops business Analysis and uses business analytics models for predictive purpose and
scenario development.
-Analyzes and critiques reports using business analytics tools.
-Uses excel functions to organize and analyse data.
-Creates charts, graphs and presentations for leadership teams.
-Researches and develops benchmarks.
-Formulates business scenario analysis to recommend business options. Develops recommendations to improve business operations going forward.
-Monitors and evaluates viability of projects for management decision.
-Completes all related tasks as and when required.
-A Bachelor’s Science in Degree in Economics/ Social Science (Research; Analytics)
-Post Graduate Degree is an added advantage.
-3 years’ hands-on experience in a similar role.
Competencies
-High attention to detail.
-Quantitative, analytical, logical, and good at managing numbers and data.
-Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports in a timely fashion.
-Organization and presentation skills.
-Analytical and attentive to detail.
